Mark Parrish represents individuals, families and small businesses in products liability, railroad crossing litigation, insurance litigation, and other civil litigation matters involving cases and clients throughout the United States.

Practicing law since 1993, Mark has wanted to be an attorney for as long as he can remember – looking to help individuals, families and small businesses that have been harmed by others.

He serves on the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA) Board of Governors and the board of Lawyers Encouraging Academic Performance. With a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Mark belongs to The American Association for Justice (AAJ), Kansas Trial Lawyers Association (KTLA) and has been listed in Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers since 2007.

Outside of the office Mark enjoys time with his family.

Being able to help our clients and their families who have been hurt, treated unfairly, or both.
