Discrimination Claims

It is illegal to discriminate in any aspect of employment because of an individual’s race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, disability or age (40 through 69), including: hiring, firing, compensation, layoff, recruitment, training programs, and more.  Employment discrimination claims also include: harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, disability, or age, retaliation for filing a complaint of discrimination, and or asking certain pre-employment questions.

If you believe you have been discriminated against in your workplace, please contact the attorneys at Boyd Kenter Thomas & Parrish.
