Wrongful Termination

In Missouri, employees may generally be terminated any time, as long as they do not have an employment contract promising them employment for a specific period of time. This rule is commonly called the employment-at-will doctrine. There are exceptions to this rule including discharge based on race, age, gender, or disability.

If you believe you have been wrongfully terminated from your job, please contact the attorneys at Boyd Kenter Thomas & Parrish.
